Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on s9gam. In circumstances where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation.

Placing bets that exceed the maximum permitted stake per round while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.

All bonuses issued by s9gam carry an expiry date, after which the bonus funds and any associated free spins are automatically removed from the player's account. Expiry periods are stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

Odds are subject to change at any time prior to the acceptance of a bet. The odds displayed at the time a bet is submitted are indicative only; the odds at which the bet is confirmed are those displayed on the bet confirmation screen. s9gam reserves the right to correct any odds that have been displayed in error, and bets placed at materially incorrect odds may be voided at s9gam's discretion.
If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and does not resume within forty-eight (48) hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will ordinarily be voided and stakes returned. Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the live odds and market availability at the time of placement. s9gam reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time. Any bets submitted during a market suspension period will not be accepted. Bets on events where the outcome is already known at the time of placement — for any reason, including but not limited to data feed delays — will be voided.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on s9gam and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

Where changes are material, s9gam will provide reasonable notice to registered players via a notification displayed on the Platform or sent to the email address or mobile number associated with their account. The revised Terms will be effective from the date stated in the updated document.
Your continued use of s9gam following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your account by contacting s9gam support.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming licence under which s9gam operates.
